Driveway Gates Post
chain link fence problems?
my driveway is too wide for the double swing Gate. the gates are short by about 6 inches so they can latch together. the posts are already dug and concreted in. so moving the posts is not an option. anybody know how to fix the problem?
why not clamp a couple of pieces of pipe to the insides of the gates? or one on each side, and one on one of the inside of one of the gates? this should fill the gap, and the latch and parts should be able to be mounted to them. do the math first, for this fix, and before you use cement!! it’s like measure twice, cut once! good luck, hope this works.
