Driveway Gate Height

i am knocking down my garage and putting driveway gates, i was wondering how high i can build my fence?

i live in an end terrace house and my back door is the same side as my front door, i want to build a 6′ fence around the bak door and back garden (which is on the front) and put driveway gates (6ft) where the garage is now! can i do this, what are the height restrcitions?

^ foot fencing should be no problem. If you want to go higher it depends on your local ordinances. Check them out. You may even need a builders permit.
